Harbour Yoga Studio

Classes & Timetable

Four styles of yoga, taught in a welcoming Brighton studio — whether you are brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, there is a class for you.

Our Classes

Every class is designed to meet you where you are.

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic, breath-led practice linking movement and posture into a continuous, energising sequence. Suitable for those with some yoga experience who want to build strength and fluidity.

Yin Yoga

A slower, deeply restorative practice that targets the connective tissues through long-held, supported poses. Perfect for unwinding, increasing flexibility and complementing more active styles.

Beginners Yoga

A gentle introduction to the foundations of yoga — posture, breath and alignment — in a relaxed, non-intimidating environment. No prior experience needed whatsoever.

Pregnancy Yoga

Specially adapted yoga for all trimesters, focusing on breathing techniques, gentle movement and relaxation to support you through pregnancy. Please let us know your stage when booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? We are always happy to help.

Do I need any experience to join a class?

Not at all. Our Beginners Yoga class is designed specifically for people who have never practised yoga before. For other class types, a little prior experience is helpful — feel free to ask us which class is the best fit for you.

Is Pregnancy Yoga safe in all trimesters?

Our Pregnancy Yoga class is adapted for all stages of pregnancy. Please let us know your trimester when booking so your teacher can tailor the session appropriately. Always consult your midwife or GP if you have any concerns before starting a new exercise class.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Our cancellation policy is detailed in our Terms of Use.

Can I meet the teachers before committing to a class?

Absolutely. Visit our Teachers page to learn more about who teaches at Harbour Yoga Studio, or book a trial class to experience a session for yourself.
